I love giving readings. At a young age, we would have gatherings and we would read for others. I remember I would “guess” my Christmas presents and it seemed to be quite amusing to others. As a young teen, I would give readings to my mother’s co-workers and friends. To me, it was easy and I thought nothing special of it. So by the time I was 18 years old, I read for people over the phone and in-person via different modalities—holding a personal item, saying their name, seeing a picture of someone, holding hands, to name a few. My Nana and I also shared these gifts. Ours was on a spiritual level, wherein she taught me how to pray, meditate, protect, be kind, show empathy, express gratitude, we would shop for healing trinkets, jewelry, and angelic statues, and give readings to each other.
